We are proud to present the guide "Safer Workplaces. How Businesses Can Support Victims of Domestic Violence" written by Dr. Jane Pillinger - a world expert on equality, domestic violence and the workplace.
The handbook is designed to help HR departments and organizational leaders recognize violence in all its forms and provide adequate support to employees. It is a guide on how to transform the workplace into a supportive space. In it, you will find everything you need to build an internal policy against gender-based and domestic violence:
current data and facts on the topic
wordings for internal policies and procedures
templates and checklists for implementing protection and support measures
